Located in a prime location and designed by world-renowned architects, Dai Ninh Urban, Commercial, Tourism and Ecological Resort Complex (South Da Lat City) is a top-class urban area in Vietnam and Southeast Asia, invested by Saigon Dai Ninh Tourism Investment Joint Stock Company. In the future, this is expected to be the most prosperous city, an ideal place for tourism and vacation, and a sustainable and lucrative investment address for investors.

Ready to respond to extreme climate change

According to a recent report by Maplecroft, a British risk analysis company, Vietnam is currently among the most severely affected by climate change and global warming with the most specific manifestations including flood tide causing flooding in Ho Chi Minh City, increasingly extreme floods and storms in the central region, abnormal weather changes in the north, rising sea level, saline intrusion and flow change in the Mekong River. Looking to the region, many countries are also suffering from severe consequences of climate change like earthquakes and tsunamis in Indonesia that killed thousands of people and floods in Myanmar that forced thousands of people to evacuate urgently.

Realizing the dangers of climate change that Vietnam and other countries in the region have been suffering, Saigon Dai Ninh Company and international consultants with their strategic visions chose to invest and develop South Da Lat Primitive City with hundreds of top world-class tourism and resort facilities. With an altitude of 900 meters, South Da Lat Primitive City is cool all year round, with temperatures ranging from 16 to 24 degrees Celsius. Especially, primitive pine forests and Dai Ninh Lake play a role in regulating temperature for the city and are ready to respond to extreme climate change.

Super luxury world - Royal style

Located in a prime location, only 30 km from Da Lat City and 15 km from Lien Khuong Airport, South Da Lat City is planned to carry the unique French architectural design featured by the central metropolitan area (Davos); central public area; multi-purpose villa area; hotel resort; exhibition fair center; natural conservation area - world flower garden; primary forest; western lakeside resort; and second southern multi-purpose villa area. All blend into a 3,595-ha high-class ecological complex, harmoniously combined ecologically friendly tourism. The project was designed by Meinhardt Group, the traffic infrastructure was constructed by Powercem Tech Group of the Netherlands; and villas were built by Complant, a multinational group present in more than 100 countries around the world.

With more than 5,440 villas for about 20,000 residents, South Da Lat City features a high green density, low construction density, and well-protected forests, green vegetation and lakes to create a healthy and comfortable living space. This is also the convergence of artworks, hotels, trade - service - hotel center and entertainment center constituted by one main island combined with two smaller islands. The highlight of South Da Lat City is Summer Palace - the icon of this project - on the main island designed to the Louis XIV architectural school. One of the most conspicuous faces of the Summer Palace Villas style is the adoption of impressive architectures intermingling squares in a reasonable layout to form a special zone for politicians, entrepreneurs, leading national and international scholars.

Particularly, Davos Villas carry the form of a European architectural complex consisting of high-class villas, hotels, resorts and commercial areas. The chief architect proposed constructing lake villas, water villas, rock villas and hill villas with saunas and massage services. The villas were designed into sections and styled French palaces in the time of King Louis XIV of France and many different cultural and tourist works such as theme park, world flower garden, outdoor wonderland playground, cultural village and handicraft village covering hundreds of hectares where famous flower species from around the world are grown. The World Flower Garden is a symbol of flowers for the project and adds the color and fame to Da Lat, a city of flowers.

In addition, South Da Lat City also has eco-tourism areas under pine forests, water tourism with hot-water lakes and swimming pools, public and administrative service area, and daycare centers and schools. The outdoor sporting territory is a strong impression. When standing on the top of the hill, overlooking the wide view of natural landscape elaborately created in a vast space, Dai Ninh Sporting Picnic Area becomes a favorite destination for tourists from other countries. Beside ecological zone with convalescence service, public utilities and commercial and service facilities, the Health Service Center with four main specialties is ready to ensure health care and protection for residents and visitors alike.

Together with Da Lat on path to become a centrally governed city

In addition to socio-economic development targets, the Resolution of the 10th Provincial Party Congress of Lam Dong proposed a very important task: Bringing Da Lat City and its neighborhoods to the class of a centrally governed city. Da Lat City has been not merely the capital of Lam Dong province for more than four decades, but also a dynamic engine of local socio-economic development, a center of many regionally impacted socio-economic fields. Therefore, right at the Resolution of the 11th Party Congress of Da Lat City also determined the five-year direction, objectives and tasks (2015 - 2020) to build an inclusive, sustainable and modern Da Lat City.

According to the Master Plan for Da Lat City and its Vicinity to 2030 and further to 2050, Da Lat City will be expanded to nearly 336,000 hectares, 8.5 times that of the current area, and have a population of 700,000-750,000. The current area of Da Lat City is 394.64 square kilometers and will be expanded to 3,354.44 square kilometers, the largest among cities in Vietnam. The expanded area will cover Lac Duong, Duc Trong, Don Duong districts and partly Lam Ha district.

Becoming a satellite town of Da Lat City will benefit Duc Trong district, particularly in transport infrastructure. The district will have stronger magnetism to investors far and wide. And of course, situated in Duc Trong district, investors in South Da Lat City will also benefit greatly from the infrastructure boost and specific policy mechanisms for a centrally run city, thus generating sustainable profit and added value for investors.
