MIF Takes Interns to Japan to Work and Start New Course

Recently, in Long Xuyen City, An Giang province, the International Finance Investment and Media Joint Stock Company (MIF), a member of Sao Mai Group, held a ceremony bringing interns to Japan to work. Attending the meeting were local authorities and Japanese recruiters.

MIF is the only company in the Mekong Delta region that is licensed by the Ministry of Labor-Invalids and Social Affairs to operate as a direct labor supplier without intermediaries. The company has contributed positively to re-establishing the order of the market to bring people to work abroad. With the professionalism - dedication - responsibility - effectiveness, MIF has brought the opportunity to change the life of thousands of young workers across the country, and is also an important channel to bring back foreign currency for building the home country. Through experiencing industrial culture, innovative thinking at work will be an important factor for them to start a successful business after returning home.

The MIF has a representative office in Tokyo to act as a contact point and support all information and answer issues from the labor market. The company has also strengthened links with vocational colleges in and outside the province to provide professional training in accordance with  the curriculum standards of the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs and the Ministry of Education and Training, linguistic teaching of Japan - China - Korea. At the same time, the company has also equipped interns with life skills and behavioral culture to help them quickly integrate with the new environment.

MIF targets to bring 1,000 people to Japan to work in 2019 in the fields of: Nursing, mechanics, textile and garment, veterinary and agriculture. Supply of labor will contribute to a variety of key businesses and revenue increase for Sao Mai in the future.

On the same day, MIF organizes the opening ceremony of the new Japanese internship program to prepare the next labor supply for this market.
