Having kicked off the business on 1 January 2010, Knight Frank Vietnam has made huge inroads in the property valuation and advisory business across Vietnam.
Mr. King, Managing Director at Knight Frank in HCM City and National Director of Advisory Services said: “Valuing nearly VND 20,000 billion worth of property in Vietnam this year is a great achievement for the team. Many long nights working into the small hours have made this result possible”.
The team is captained by Colin Luff and Nicholas Holt, who with Mr. King, have over 50 years of experience in property valuation and advisory. Mr. King himself has been a Registered Property Valuer for over 20 years with the last 5 years in Vietnam. He has valued over 250 major projects across Vietnam.
