Los Angeles Businesses Seek Cooperation Opportunities in Vietnam

Posted: Thursday, July 26, 2018

The Los Angeles Business Council (LABC) is organising a business and city official mission, led by Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti, to Ho Chi Minh City to seek business investment and cooperation opportunities in urban design, architecture, smart city technology, energy, health care, finance, entertainment, education, and real estate.

The delegation includes more than 40 members, including 14 representatives from the Los Angeles city government and 27 business representatives, successful entrepreneurs and senior executives.

The purpose of the delegation is to promote foreign investment, trade, and tourism, as well as to increase educational and cultural exchanges between HCM City and Los Angeles City.

The American Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (AmCham) and the Los Angeles Business Council will host a luncheon on July 30 to support networking for mission members with authorities and companies in HCM City and introduce business opportunities in the key sectors.

Business leaders who want to register to attend the event can make online registration at
