VCCI Leads Business Delegation to Survey Australian and New Zealand Markets

Australia and New Zealand, two advanced economies, play active roles in the World Trade Organisation (WTO), the Asia - Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC), the Group of Twenty (G20) and economic and trade forums. They both have sophisticated technology and advanced education and they are now seeking to play a more active role in the Asia-Pacific region. Vietnam joined the ASEAN Australia New Zealand Free Trade Area (AANZFTA) on January 1, 2010. Trade and economic development agreements signed have promoted their cooperation with partner countries.

Within the framework of the project “Supporting Vietnamese businesses to increase access to credits via enhancing governance capacity and financial transparency”, the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) organised the third course of the study and market survey programme called “Australia and New Zealand Markets: Opportunities for Effective Access for Vietnamese Businesses” from October 17 to 26, 2018. This programme is designed to assist businesses to improve their financial management, access foreign capital and actively develop effective business strategies for these two markets. The programme is coordinated by prestigious agencies in Australia and New Zealand.
