Instructions on Regulations on Commodity Labelling

Posted: Monday, November 19, 2018

The Government issued, amended and replaced labelling policies and regulations from 2017 to further improve the legal system on labelling goods circulated in the Vietnamese market, including locally made goods and imports. However, while executing these regulations, many agencies and businesses still encounter many upsetting confusions and flaws.

To help authorities and enterprises understand how to enforce Decree 43/2017/ND-CP on commodity labelling and Decree 119/2017/ND-CP dated November 1, 2017 on sanctions on administrative violations of goods standards, measurement and quality, the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) will organise a training programme on how to implement regulations on labelling and solve problems arising from implementation process in Hanoi on November 28, 2018.

Companies interested in the programme please contact Mr Nguyen Hoang Duy/Business Development Foundation - VCCI; No. 09 Dao Duy Anh, Dong Da, Hanoi Tel: 024.35772373 /Handset: 0916 779 666/
