Hanwha Life Vietnam Receives 8th Golden Dragon Awards Title

Hanwha Life Vietnam Insurance Co., Ltd (Hanwha Life Vietnam) was just honored with the 'Reliable Insurance Services 2021' title at the Golden Dragon Awards, thanks to its landmark efforts in the journey of digital transformation and providing the best customer experiences.


This is the 8th time Hanwha Life Vietnam has secured the outstanding award.

Co-organized since 2001 by the Vietnamese Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Vietnam Economic Times - VnEconomy magazine, the Golden Dragon Awards Program has become a prestigious annual event dedicated to honoring top foreign-invested enterprises (FIEs) in the country. This is the 8th time Hanwha Life Vietnam has secured the outstanding award.

This year’s Golden Dragon Awards are themed “Resource convergence for promoting green growth and sustainable development.”

Despite continual impacts caused by the Covid-19 pandemic in 2021, Hanwha Life Vietnam has persistently pursued its “Customer-centric” orientation, striving to bring more creative, different experiences while delivering added values to more than 1 million existing customers.

With the mission of “Providing customer-centric service and solutions”, Hanwha Life Vietnam has constantly researched, developed and diversified insurance products, with the top priority being the health and safety of customers. In 2021, the company launched two health insurance products – Medical Reimbursement Rider and Hospital Income Rider – with reasonable costs, being well-designed for the majority of people, meeting the needs of healthcare and treatment services. The company also focuses on profitability for customers to help ensure their financial stability in the global pandemic through the investment-based insurance product “LIFE FUN:D – SONG THOA CHAT”.

Not just focusing on investing in superior products for customers, over the past year, Hanwha Life Vietnam has also made great efforts to digitize transformation with many breakthrough projects such as LIME, LIME Pro..., to fortify its new brand positioning and bring more added values to customers, as well as make quick and timely insurance payments.

By the end of 2021, Hanwha Life Vietnam had paid insurance benefits with an amount of up to VND286 billion for nearly 36,000 customers across the country. This demonstrated the good value and humanistic meaning of life insurance, and justified the company’s prestige and strong commitments to protecting the customers.
