Adhering to socioeconomic development goals
As the economy struggled to cope with COVID-19 impacts, the branch's operations suffered hardships. Fortunately, with prompt responses, BIDV My Tho overcame all difficulties to do business safely and effectively. As of June 30, 2022, the outstanding loan reached VND4,405 billion, an increase of VND415 billion or 10.40% over the end of 2021, thus fulfilling 101% of its assigned plan. The average credit balance was VND4,132 billion, up 11.20% from the end of 2021.
Closely following local socioeconomic development goals, BIDV My Tho has provided preeminent financial services for personal and corporate customers. Strongly carrying out the “National digital transformation” policy, especially in the finance - banking sector, and encouraging customers to adopt digital transformation for non cash payment, the branch has offered free or reduced service fees from the start of 2022 as per parent BIDV’s Official Letter 7848/BIDV-NHBL dated December 31, 2021.
In its construction and integration process, BIDV My Tho has continuously supported the business community with practical programs like accompanying SMEs, corporations and FDI firms. Beside the business front, the branch pays special attention to humanity and social security programs. It always makes strong reform efforts to successfully integrate into the world and fulfill its responsibility to the community and society.
