Online Culinary Map Launched in Vietnam

The culinary map “Transform - Thousands of Ingredients, Cooking Millions of Vietnamese dishes” was recently launched with the aim to become the largest online culinary map in Vietnam.

This activity aims to promote tourism and Vietnamese cuisine by the Tourism Information Center under the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism (VNAT) and MAGGI through the project “Transform - Thousands of Ingredients, Cooking Millions of Vietnamese Dishes”. At the same time, it aims to provide experiences about local cuisine and ingredients and opportunities to explore and learn about local cultures to the masses.

By experiencing the online cuisine map, people can enjoy specialty dishes of each locality, thereby understanding and appreciating the value of the diversity and richness of Vietnamese cuisine. Built as a social networking platform, this map is a place for people to interact, share, and learn recipes and stories about local culinary culture and ingredients. The program will help enrich the treasure trove of delicious recipes and spread the value of Vietnamese culinary culture to domestic and international friends.

Accordingly, from now to October 6, 2023, people can contribute and experience the online culinary map at the website https://bientauvannguyenlieu.giadinhnestle.com.vn .

Also under this project, MAGGI will also coordinate with the Ho Chi Minh City Tourism Association, the Saigon Professional Chefs Association and the Vietnamese Cuisine Research, Preservation and Development Center to jointly organize the “Rising Vietnamese Culinary Culture” festival from October 20-22, 2023.
