Korean Businesses A Sense of Belonging to the Province

“The Korean business community in Vinh Phuc regards itself as a part of Vinh Phuc province. We have been developing continuously and integrating with the social development trend, making significant contributions to local socio-economic development,” said Mr. Han Jung Ho, Chairman of the Korean Business Association in Vinh Phuc, at the conference to promote investment and the meeting to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the Vinh Phuc Industrial Zones Management Board.

At the conference, Mr. Han Jung Ho expressed his happiness as a representative of Korean businesses. He appreciated the attention and support of the leaders and directions of the Provincial Party Committee and People’s Committee of Vinh Phuc province. The meeting also provided an opportunity for businesses and investors to exchange, share experiences, capture information to guide development, expand cooperation, and strengthen ties with each other.

“The Korean business community in Vinh Phuc regards itself as a part of Vinh Phuc province. We have been developing continuously and integrating with the social development trend, creating stable jobs for about 70,000 workers, with an average income of over VND 8 million/month. We also actively participate in charitable social activities and join the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic with nearly VND7 billion in medical equipment and cash. We always comply with the Party’s policies, the State’s laws in general, and the regulations of the Vinh Phuc provincial government in particular. We always fulfill our tax obligations and ensure benefits for our employees. When investing in Vinh Phuc province, Korean investors pay attention to good infrastructure for production, high-quality human resources, and convenient transportation of goods. The investment environment of Vinh Phuc province is becoming better,” he added.

To contribute to the successful implementation of the COVID-19 pandemic prevention and maintenance of production and business activities in the new situation, Korean businessmen in Vinh Phuc, with the mindset of being citizens of Vinh Phuc, believe that under the leadership of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People’s Committee, the support of the Vinh Phuc Industrial Zones Management Board and related agencies and their own efforts and abilities, the Korean business community will continue to promote the achievements, overcome difficulties and challenges, and make valuable contributions to the socio-economic development of Vinh Phuc province.

The Chairman of the Korean Business Association in Vinh Phuc hopes that the Provincial Party Committee, People’s Committee of Vinh Phuc province, the Vinh Industrial Zones Management Board and agencies in the province will continue to pay attention and create more favorable conditions for the business community of the province in general and the Korean Business Association in particular.
