As a leading environmental sanitation enterprise in Ninh Thuan province, Nam Thanh Ninh Thuan Construction - Trade and Production Co., Ltd has consistently endeavored to broaden its business scope while prioritizing environmental stewardship, not only contributing to local socioeconomic growth but also fostering a greener and more sustainable environment.

Established on September 18, 2002, Nam Thanh Ninh Thuan Construction - Trade and Production Co., Ltd specializes in the collection, transportation, and treatment of waste, along with the production of micro-organic fertilizers. Since its inception, the company has been committed to reforming and enhancing its business performance. It has consistently sought out and adopted effective models and innovative practices from various sources, skillfully integrating these into its own operations. A particular emphasis is placed on the application of scientific principles and innovation, which the company regards as a critical aspect of its business strategy.

Accordingly, to reduce time, costs and labor from 2005 to present, the company has applied off-ground garbage collection to ensure environmental hygiene and not pollute the surroundings. Not only solving waste treatment in residential areas, but the firm has also successfully improved and manufactured sand screening trucks to collect trash on the beach and researched and manufactured boats to collect trash at sea, thus helping create a clean, green environment and attract tourists.

In particular, while many localities across the country are struggling to deal with waste, it is completely treated to make microbiological organic fertilizers, recycled plastics and green, useful, and eco-friendly materials in Ninh Thuan. Notably, “Green Globe” microbial organic fertilizer brand was certified by the Department of Crop Production under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and included in Vietnam's fertilizer list in 2008. It has been widely used in Ninh Thuan, neighboring provinces like Khanh Hoa and Binh Thuan, southeast provinces and Central Highlands provinces like Lam Dong, Dak Nong, Gia Lai and Kon Tum. Today, the company produces 10,000 tons of organic fertilizer a year.

Deputy Director Doan Duc Hong highlighted the company’s continuous and innovative efforts at each stage of its development. He noted that the operations of Nam Thanh Ninh Thuan Construction - Trade and Production Co., Ltd have stabilized and effectively contributed to waste collection, environmental protection, social security, and employment for numerous local workers. At its inception, the company was handling 70 tons of waste daily, primarily in Phan Rang - Thap Cham City, with a workforce of 150 employees, including 95 sanitation team members. Presently, the company manages 300 tons of waste per day, contributing to a greener, cleaner, and more aesthetically pleasing environment, and playing a significant role in local socioeconomic development.

With its work outperformance, the company was awarded many certificates of merit for environmental protection and other achievements. In 2023, it received a certificate of appreciation from the Prime Minister. In the business emulation sector, the concern has been voted as a leading flag for years.

“Currently, relevant agencies and localities are working to materialize the Ninh Thuan Provincial Planning for the 2021 - 2030 period, with a vision to 2050, hence opening up a lot of opportunities for the province to attract more investment resources to promote economic growth. This inevitably requires local environmental sanitation businesses to operate effectively and at full capacity to accompany the province to implement economic development goals and environmental protection goals,” he said.

“With rich experience in environmental sanitation, in the coming time we will make more efforts and tune up our working processes to adapt to and support local development, especially when the new environmental protection law requires waste sorting at source. We hope that the State will have a fair support policy for all, not just impacting State-owned enterprises as so far. All policies will be equally applied to State-owned and private public services companies,” he concluded.
