Binh Duong Slashing Real Estate Prices to Stimulate Demand

Mr Le Thanh Cung, Chairman of Binh Duong Provincial People’s Committee, said Binh Duong province will continue considering and seeking measures to support the development of the real estate market.

Accordingly, financially troubled projects with more than 70 percent of land compensation will be supported to adjust scale and rationalise product structure. Projects finishing more 50 percent of land compensation will be supported for continued compensation and encouraged to lower prices to boost demand and liquidity.
