Tra Vinh Economic and Industrial Zone Infrastructure Development & Management Company: Ready to Support Investors

Long Duc Industrial Park was established under Decision No.58/QD-UBND dated September 29, 2005 of the People’s Committee of Tra Vinh Province covering an area of 100 hectares. The highlight of the Long Duc Industrial Park possesses many advantages for industrial development, with professional services, comprehensive utility services and trained human resources. Besides the advantage of a favourable position and abundant human resources, infrastructure items of the Industrial Park including drainage water system, wastewater collection, storm water drainage systems, concentrated sewage treatment plants with a capacity of 2000 cubic meters per day; public lighting systems in the Industrial Park; green trees systems were essentially completed to ensure better services to investors.

 

Long Duc Industrial Park gives incentives under regulations of current legal and Tra Vinh province to investors when implementing their projects in the Industrial Park. With the province’s investment incentive policies, the Industrial Park has many policies to support investors like helping investors with administrative procedures to register business and investment license. The company and the management board conduct well the administrative procedures (application of ISO program) in receiving investors’ documents and make favourable conditions for investors to finish their projects according to the schedule.

So far, Long Duc Industrial Park has attracted 25 projects with total registered capital of over VND3.79 trillion, of which 16 project were put into operation. The investment attraction activities brought high economic efficiency and contributed to industrial growth and economic restructuring in Tra Vinh province towards industrialisation and modernisation. Specially, activities of enterprises in the Industrial Park contributed significantly to the growth of industrial production sector and enhanced the value of exports and the competitiveness of the economy and important contribution in solving jobs for 4,000 employees, training of human resources, increasing income, and the level of life of the employees.
