With the leadership of Chairman of the Board Nguyen Ngoc Thang, the company has actively participated and received many awards through contests on innovation in science and technology of Ninh Binh province, such as "Completing design and trial production of 4.5m3 hydraulic grabber” (2013, "Science and technology application in research and manufacturing 300mm bulk cement" (2017); "The system of unloading bags into river ships" which won the Special Prize of the 7th Ninh Binh Provincial Technical Innovation Contest (2014-2015); the solution "Cement transporter" which won the first prize of the 8th Ninh Binh Provincial Technical Innovation Contest (2016-2017); the solution “The technology of hammer casting with alloy teeth” which won the second prize of the 9th Ninh Binh Provincial Technical Innovation Contest (2018-2019); the solution "Technology of alloy ball casting with metal molds" which won the first prize of the 9th Ninh Binh Provincial Technical Innovation Contest (2018-2019), along with many innovations in technical improvement and application of science and technology into practice in the company's factory.
Ms. Tran Thi Thu Hanh - Deputy Director, said, "The predecessor of Vega Group is Ninh Binh Electromechanical Company Limited, which has been engaged in manufacturing in the mechanical field in Ninh Binh since 2009; specializing in manufacturing steel structures, casting all kinds of industrial mechanical products for cement factories, thermal power plants, mining, wharves."
The company has large partners and customers such as Thanh Thang Cement Group, Hoang Phat The Vissai Group, Long Son Company, etc. In particular, the company's equipment is manufactured to replace broken equipment in the process of production operation at cement factories with proactive time and very competitive prices, especially the quality is equivalent to imported products when they have to be replaced.
Regarding the results of production and business activities, in 2019 Vega Group Company achieved revenue of over VND154 billion, contributed VND150 million to the State budget and the average employee income was VND7 million/month. In 2020, the revenue increased to VND221,530 billion, contributed over VND1.6 billion to the State budget and the average employee income was VND9 million /month. In the first six months of 2021, the revenue reached VND125,520 billion paid over VND2.9 billion to the State budget, the average income of employees increased to VND10 million/month.
With the above efforts and achievements, Chairman of the Board Nguyen Ngoc Thang and the company's staff have received many noble awards such as Emulation flags, certificates of merit, certificates of merit, etc. Particularly, Chairman of the Board Nguyen Ngoc Thang was honored to be awarded the Third Class Labor Medal by the President in 2020.
