Vietnamese Firm Exports Mosquito-nets to Nigeria
The 10/10 Hanoi Textile Company has exported 1.6 million mosquito-nets to Nigeria for the first time, the Vietnam News Agency reported.
The company has so far this year exported 7.5 million nets US$15 million, a threefold increase over the same period last year.
As orders flood in with 200 contracts valued at more than US$30 million signed within the past two weeks, the company has to employ 100 more workers.
The company has set the target of 50 million mosquito-nets and 400 million meters of tulle this year and earning US$100 million of export turnover, an on-year increase of 10 per cent. (VNA)
