Vice President of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), Pham Gia Tuc, has recently held a talk with Mr Robert Chua, Client Manager of Australian Business International Trade Services at VCCI Head Office in Hanoi.

Mr Pham Gia Tuc said economic and commercial ties between Vietnam and Australia are expanding. The Government of Vietnam is interested in boosting cooperation between the two nations, especially the IT field. He said Australia has many useful and meaningful information websites for Vietnam and hoped the two countries will boost cooperation in trade and investment. On this occasion, Mr Tuc officially proposed the two sides to build a concrete agreement on information provision. “I hope that Vietnamese surveying delegation will receive assistance and favourable conditions in Australia to advance this beautiful cooperation,” said Mr Tuc.

Mr Robert Chua said this was the second time he visited Vietnam and saw the potentiality of this market. He asserted that he had rich experience in receiving surveying delegations in Australia and that Vietnamese delegations would be best served in his country. He revealed that an Australian delegation will visit Vietnam to strengthen the two-way relationship.
