The state-owned Vietnam National Coal-Mineral Industries Group (Vinacomin), the country’s top miner, targets to produce 3.5 million tons of coal in December.

Vinacomin plans to sell 4.5 million tons of the fossil fuel this month, the group said on December 7.

The group produced nearly 42 million tons of coal in Jan-Nov.
