HCM City Aims to Raise Export Value by 12.7% to US$20.63B This Year

Ho Chi Minh City targets to increase its export value by 12.7% from a year earlier to US$20.63 billion and limit its import growth at 12.5% or US$17.91 billion in 2010.
 
The city also aims to achieve on-year rises of industrial production value and retail sales and services revenues of 7.7% and 20% to VND515.8 trillion and VND348.45 trillion, respectively, according to the municipal Industry and Trade Service.
