Habubank Issues VND1,400 Bln Bonds
The Hanoi-based Habubank successfully issued VND1.4 trillion worth of bonds in form of private placement to selective institutions in Vietnam.
Coupon rates of the bonds are fixed in the first year and floating in the second year, said the bank, adding that the bonds will mature in September 16, 2012. Habubank Securities Co., Ltd is the consultant for the issue.
The bond issue will help the unlisted lender to raise the long-term funds for the business expansion plan in the coming time.
