Bank Card Risk Management Subcommittee Makes Debut

The Bank Card Association - a branch of the Vietnam Banks Association - has recently launched the Vietnam Bank Card Risk Management Subcommittee in Hanoi with the aim of enhancing coordination, sharing information and strengthening relationships between member banks with authorities to manage and prevent card frauds.

 

The subcommittee is a unit of the Vietnam Bank Card Association and is responsible for managing risks at inter-bank level in order to ensure that risk management activities are regularly updated and shared among banks to limit risks and improve the efficiency of card operations in Vietnam. Therefore, the debut of the Bank Card Risk Management Subcommittee is considered a revolutionary step marking the cooperation and efforts of banks in card risk prevention
