Archi Land Vietnam Introduces New Luxury Resorts

Archi Land Vietnam Joint Stock Co under Archi Group has recently introduced three high-grade resort projects, namely Green Villas 4, Lam Son Resort and Bella Resort. The three projects cost a total of VND1,050 billion.
 
The Green Villas 4 is part of Green Villas project developed by Archi Invest Joint Stock Company in Ba Vi district, Hanoi. The Green Villas 4, with 35 hill-side villas overlooking the valley and lake, is designed by Danish architects and Greenscape Co. The first villas are expected to be transferred to customers in 2011.
 
Lam Son Resort, invested by Archi Reenco Hoa Binh Joint Stock Company, is located in Lam Son commune, Hoa Binh province. The resort, with scenery often compared to Vietnam’s north-west region, is situated near urban zones like Hoa Lac and Xuan Mai, and tourism complexes like Hoa Binh, Mai Chau and the Da River. It is also beside the 54-hole Phoenix golf course, the largest of its kind in Southeast Asia.
 
Bella Resort consists of 30 resort villas in Ngoc (Pearl) Island, Phu Quoc district - the largest island in Vietnam. The first phase will have 15 villas.
