METALEX Vietnam 2015, an exhibition on equipment, technological lines and supporting industries, is expected to be organised on a greater scale and in a more professional manner by Reed Tradex Company.
Metalex Vietnam 2015 is an international exhibition covering machine tools, metalworking solutions, production lines, metalworking machines and advanced solutions. The event is expected to draw 500 exhibitors from 25 countries.
The exhibition will feature technological star pavilions which highlight high-tech machines, technologies and robot performances from world-leading brands, introduce leading technologies from China, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, Germany, Thailand and Vietnam. Advanced engineer classes and technological presentations will help engineers explore and understand new modern technologies. Business matching programme will connect domestic businesses with commercial companies, dealers and suppliers of metalworking equipment, automotive and supporting industries.
Specially, Metalex Vietnam 2015 will also incorporate the Business Alliance for Supporting Industry 2015. The exhibition will be organised by the Ho Chi Minh City Office of Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO), Ho Chi Minh City Investment and Trade Promotion Centre (ITPC) and Reed Tradex Company, the organiser of METALEX Vietnam 2015. This event is expected to attract more than 100 Japanese buyers showcasing components and accessories that they want to buy or search for subcontractors in Vietnam, as well as presenting modern technologies from Japan.
The exhibition aims to help domestic companies raise production capacity, enhance product quality, and open up an opportunity for trade with industrialists worldwide. Mr Duangdej Yuaikwarmdee, Managing Director of Reed Tradex Company in Vietnam, said Vietnam is becoming the main destination of foreign investment flows. With the increase in the demand for domestic industrial parts and the formation of the blueprint ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) will require Vietnamese industrialists to update the knowledge, technology, new equipment and potential customers from other countries, including Japan. METALEX Vietnam 2015 will help enterprises to solve these issues.
Ms Pho Nam Phuong, Director of ITPC, also said that, through METALEX Vietnam 2015, Vietnamese companies will have the opportunity to meet new customers, especially Japanese companies investing to expand production facilities in Vietnam. Furthermore, visitors will also have the chance to explore standard products and seek ways to enhance their efficiency and productivity in manufacturing process.
METALEX Vietnam 2015 will also provide the opportunity for both Vietnamese and Japanese businesses to meet and learn about each other's needs in supporting industries. In the cooperation agreement signing ceremony between Ho Chi Minh City ITPC and with Reed Tradex, Executive Director of JETRO in Ho Chi Minh City said that the exhibition will help increase trade and business ties between Japan and Vietnam and assist the development of supporting industries in Vietnam and Ho Chi Minh City.
Mr Duangdej Yuaikwarmdee said the exhibition expected to attract up to 10,000 quality buyers from across the country.
