The Intelligent Technology Exhibition in Vietnam 2023 (OCTF) was Successfully Held

Huizhou Zhongkai High-tech Zone Foreign Trade Transformation and Upgrading Base (Electronic information) organized a delegation to participate in the exhibition and hold economic and trade exchange docking activities in Vietnam.

From September 21 to 23, 2023, the Intelligent Technology Exhibition in Vietnam 2023-OCTF was held at Saigon Convention and Exhibition Center (SECC) in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This exhibition focuses on the upgrading of the manufacturing industry, exhibiting China's advanced production equipment and product accessories, as well as intelligent technology products. The workstation of Foreign Trade transformation and Upgrading Base (electronic information) in Zhongkai High-tech Zone of Huizhou City implemented the work deployment of the higher leadership, led the delegation of some high-quality foreign trade enterprises in the zone to participate in the exhibition in Vietnam, and carried out related economic and trade exchanges and docking activities.

The exhibition organized 10 high-quality enterprises in Zhongkai Hi-tech Zone to participate in the exhibition in Vietnam, during the same period to hold supply and demand docking exchanges, made full use of the online exhibition hall platform of Zhongkai High-tech Zone Foreign Trade and Economic and Trade quality and Efficiency exhibition center, combined online and offline, dual-track promotion of online exhibition hall enterprises, built publicity and promotion and investment promotion platform, and accelerated the pace of "going overseas" for enterprises in the area. Seizing the Southeast Asian market to provide assistance to promote the development of foreign trade and economic cooperation to improve quality and efficiency.

The exhibition is guided by the Department of Commerce of Guangdong Province and the Council for the Promotion of International Trade of Guangdong Province, with the strong support of the Consulate General of China in Ho Chi Minh City and the Chinese Chamber of Commerce of Vietnam. It has introduced the resources of global buyers and held various forms of business exchange meetings such as the China - Vietnam Electronics Manufacturing Industry Cooperation Seminar, special business matching sessions and other forms of business exchanges as multi-channels to help exhibitors "going overseas" to seize the market.

During the exhibition period, the workstation, together with the organizer of the Overseas Chinese Industry Fair, successfully held the "Zhongkai Hi-tech Zone to help foreign trade and economic development to improve the quality and efficiency of the series of thematic supply and demand docking - into Southeast Asia of the Vietnam Station" on the afternoon of September 21st in the Hall B2 stage. Mr. Li Huangcai, Deputy Director of the Trade Promotion Bureau of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce of Vietnam; Wei Huaxiang, Consul General of China in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnamese Cantonese Chamber of Commerce and other guest representatives attended the event with more than 100 people. Representative buyers include Vietnam Miniso, Vietnam Fulong Real Estate Company, TikTok, Lazada and so on. At the exhibition, the representative of the workstation first introduced the characteristics of Huizhou's electronic information industry, focusing on the preliminary situation of 10 high-quality enterprises in Zhongkai High-tech Zone. By collecting representative physical products of enterprises in advance and airlifting them to Vietnam for on-site display, the product characteristics were displayed one by one to help the guests understand the enterprises in our district; At the same time, online and offline dual-track, the enterprises that did not come to the scene participated in the exhibition through the cloud video conferencing live streaming, timely communicating demand to improve the efficiency of docking between the two sides.

Meanwhile, during their stay in Vietnam, workstation representatives visited the Vietnamese Cantonese Chamber of Commerce, the largest economic center in Vietnam, and also visited Becamex IDC, a state-owned enterprise in Binh Duong Province, and JD.com Ho Chi Minh Warehouse No. 1 for foreign trade enterprises and cross-border sellers, and communicated with local Sino-Vietnamese industry associations such as China Overseas Chinese Business Federation and Ho Chi Minh City Association of Mechanical and Electrical Enterprises, so as to learn more about the local market and seek for opportunities for cooperation.

As of September 2023, the base workstation has actively supported enterprises to expand the market and grab orders through a number of large-scale exhibitions. In the future, we will continue to actively seek opportunities for enterprises to participate in exhibitions at home and abroad, polish the brand of "Zhongkai High-tech Zone Foreign Trade Transformation and Upgrading Base (Electronic Information)", deeply carry out the work of "Guangdong Trade Global", help enterprises participate in the domestic and foreign circulation, and promote the high-quality development of the real economy.
