Sonadezi Long Thanh: Modern Factory System Makes Ideal FDI Destination

In 2024, Sonadezi Long Thanh attracted an impressive amount of investment capital, especially in the industrial factory sector - an important driving force for its growth. With an occupancy rate of over 91% and dozens of large-scale projects, the company stands ready to make a breakthrough in 2025.

Impressive achievements in FDI attraction

In 2024, FDI capital flows into Vietnam, particularly in the Southeast region, grew strongly. Anticipating this trend, Sonadezi Long Thanh became an ideal destination for international investors, with nine FDI firms and 13 factories with over 66,200 square meters leased.

Many environmentally friendly high-tech, electronics projects rented factories, including Laisai (US$5 million), Atom Thermal Management (US45 million) and Shin Yuan Quan International Enterprise (US$6 million) thanks to its strategic location in industrial parks integrated with synchronous ecosystems. The company’s factory system is quickly filled up.

By the end of 2024, Sonadezi Long Thanh attracted 131 investment projects with US$1.373 billion of registered capital, of which US$120 million came from factories. This result showed the outstanding appeal of industrial parks managed by the company.

Promoting factory projects in 2025

In 2025, Sonadezi Long Thanh will focus on promoting factory projects in Chau Duc and Long Thanh industrial parks to meet the growing demand from FDI firms. Projects in the second and sixth phases will provide dozens of more high-standard factories for investors.

Specifically, in the first quarter of 2025, the company will start building the second-phase factory cluster for lease in Chau Duc Industrial Park (51.6ha). Once completed, the factory cluster will provide the market with 11 standard factories, with an individual area of 33mx72m.

In Long Thanh Industrial Park, the company will commence construction on the sixth-phase factory cluster with eight standard factories (individual area of 36mx53m) and continue to lease factories to customers.

In addition, the company will robustly boost subleasing industrial land (2.97ha) and service land (10ha) in Long Thanh Industrial Park and complete Tam An 1 Residential Area and Long Phuoc 1 Industrial Cluster (75ha).
