HCM City Sets up State-run Real Estate Transaction Floor
Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee has approved the establishment of the first state-run real estate transaction floor, according to Ho Chi Minh City Real-estate Association (Horea).
Accordingly, the floor, located at No. 18, Alexandre De Rhodes, district 1, will introduce transactions, consult, broker, advertise real-estate to investors, supply information to house buyers, investors, appraise real estate, support credit and so on.
Ho Chi Minh City is one of three cities (Hanoi, Danang, Ho Chi Minh City) to pilot the establishment of such a real-estate transaction floor in Vietnam.
In a related move, Hanoi will debut its floor in June.
