Proud to Be Vietnamese Entrepreneurs

BID is an international organisation with presence in 173 countries and territories. With its 36-year operation, BID is a world-reputed organisation in implementing processes in comprehensive quality management, called QC 100 Total Quality Management. The International Quality Crown Award in the Gold Category is an annual award of BID. This year, BID granted prizes for companies in 66 nations in the world at the 19th International Quality Crown Convention in London, UK. AAA Assurance Corporation is the unique Vietnamese financial company in Vietnam and the unique insurance company among award winners from 66 nations.

 

BID used four criteria to select the winners, namely young businesses, dynamics, innovations and high growth rates. AAA satisfied all four criteria, with annual growth of 300 per cent in 2006 and 200 per cent in the first six months of 2007. All corporate information is checked by official sources of information, such as the chambers of commerce and industry, mass media, ministries and market research companies. The award winning of AAA Assurance was, I think, very objective because we did not know anything about BID.

 

I still deeply remember my feeling when I was standing on a podium to receive an international standard before hundreds of companies from 66 nations and territories. I was very moved, feeling the pride and responsibility of a young business. The receipt of this award also means the carriage of a collective and community mission to meet the expectations of the organising board, a young business and a representative for thousands of young Vietnamese companies.

 

Apart from the International Quality Crown Award in the Gold Category, AAA and I received many noble awards from well-reputed Vietnamese organisations such as the “Cup for the Progress of Women”, the “Cup for Successful Businesswoman”, the “Gold Medal of Women World Trade Fair” and “Cup for Golden Quality” for global travel insurance. Creativity and renovation in product design is crucial. The typical instance is the AAA Global Travel Insurance. With this product, AAA brought confidence, convenience and satisfaction for most tourists when they are living in a place far from their home. The Vietnam Union of Scientific and Technological Associations (VUSTA) and Scientific and Technological Application Research Centre also rated this as an excellent WTO integration product.

 

As a very young business, we have to compete with outstanding customer service. To attract and satisfy customers, we are always loyal to our philosophy of quick service, quick indemnity and minimum procedure. In November 2007, we will open a special customer care centre where some 70 young, strong, dynamic and skilful staff will work 24 hours a day to satisfy all customer needs.

 

During my stay in the UK, several foreign companies expressed their desire to become strategic shareholders or strategic partners of AAA. AAA Assurance trademark is more well-known by foreign firms after this event. From now to the year’s end, several foreign companies will arrive in Vietnam to work with AAA Assurance on cooperation agreements. We think cooperation is a key, and this is the goal for the development of AAA Assurance. Apart from the financial cooperation, we will study their modern, dynamic and professional working style. Our desire is to bring international quality insurance products to all Vietnamese people at affordable prices. To realise this ambition, we have to have actual internal forces.
