Vietnam Posts Retail Sales Up 30.9 per cent to US$54.53 Bln in Jan-November

Vietnam’s total retail sales of goods and services are forecast to reach over VND872.56 trillion (US$54.53 billion) in January-November, increasing 30.9 per cent from a year.
 
In November, the figure stands at VND89.42 trillion (US$5.58 billion), up 1.7 per cent on-month. Of the Jan-Nov sum, Hanoi contributes VND114.57 trillion, up 24.6 per cent on-year and Ho Chi Minh City with VND208.09 trillion, up 38.9 per cent.
 
Vietnam’s retail sales are set to grow 13.6 per cent a year between 2008 and 2012. (Investment)
