Toyota Keeps Production in Vietnam
Toyota Vietnam has announced that it will maintain operation in the Southeast Asian country as normal although 12 facilities of the carmaker in Japan will have to suspend production within 11 days between this February and March.
The market and demand of the two countries are different, the Toyota Vietnam said in a statement.
The capacity of Toyota Vietnam is 25,000 cars a year.
Toyota Vietnam's car sales last year reached 24,000 vehicles, a year-on-year growth of 20 per cent, leading in terms of car sales in Vietnamese market. (VietnamNet)
