Vietnam to Export 2.733 Mln Tons of Crude Oil in Mar-April
Vietnam’s crude oil export volume is estimated at 2.733 million tons with the prices ranging US$45 and US$50/barrel between March and April.
In February, the Southeast Asian country shipped 1.5 million metric tons of crude oil worth US$500 million abroad, up 7.99 per cent and 9.17 per cent on-month and up 42.58 per cent in volume on-year but down 35.06 per cent in value, respectively.
Vietnam is the sixth largest crude oil producer in Asia, exporting 2.88 million metric tons of crude oil worth US$958 million in the first two months of this year, down 42.4 per cent in value but up 26.7 per cent in volume on year, said the General Statistic Office (GSO). (Labor)
