VIFF 2009 Opens in HCMC

The Vietnam Fashion Fair 2009 (VIFF 2009) is slated to take place at Ho Chi Minh City International Exhibition and Convention Centre (HIECC) at 446 Hoang Van Thu Street, Ho Chi Minh City from July 8 to July 14, 2009 when the global economic crisis is denting demands in key markets like the US, Japan and Europe.

 

Amid economic crisis, VIFF 2009 is seen a chance for domestic and foreign companies to know abilities of each other, introduce remarks and forecasts on exports and domestic sales driven by the stimulus policy of the Government for the garment and textile industry in 2009.

 

Vinatex, the largest garment and textile producer in Vietnam, will display its fashion products, materials, dyes, fibres and services at VIFF 2009. Exhibitors will show fashion spring - summer collections at the fair.
