United Airlines Upbeat about Vietnamese Market
United Airlines will continue investing in Vietnam for its long-term development in the market, according to the carrier’s Chief Representative in Vietnam Clodelsa Ty.
The airline has transported more than 700,000 passengers on its Vietnam-U.S. route over the past five years, attaining an annual growth of 20%, she said.
It now operates a daily flight on Ho Chi Minh City-San Francisco route, using Boeing 747-400.
United Airlines will focus on the Asia-Pacific region and it considers Vietnam as an important part of its business in the region, Ty noted. (thesaigontimes.vn)
