Situated at the gateway of Ha Long city, Ha Long Marina Urban Zone has total area of 230 ha with a 3.8 km stretch of coast. With this location, harmony between mountains and sea, Ha Long bay in front and Hung Thang Mountains behind, Ha Long Marina Urban Zone is the largest encroaching area and the most modern urban area in Quang Ninh province.
Along with the unique feelings and closeness to nature created by elements of sea and mountains in every building of the urban zone area, Ha Long Marina Urban zone has become the incomparable urban zone of Ha Long city. Additionally, the sea area of Ha Long Marina Urban Zone is stable, peaceful and surrounded by the arc of mountains in the Gulf of Tonkin. According to the detailed map, Ha Long Marina Urban Zone is divided into 3 main areas, which are: The first peninsula: luxury mansions, traditional villages and green park; the second peninsula: Trade - Offices - Hotel Complex, international convention centre, theatre, banks, shopping streets, walking street with shopping malls - restaurants - markets; and the third peninsula: cultural and sport centre, luxury apartments from 18 to 24 floors. Furthermore, project owners have also dedicated part of the area for public facilities, such as school, hospital, beaches to serve their customers as well as travellers, and a marina. Totally, there will be over 50 facilities built in these peninsulas.
In fact, the Ha Long Marina Urban Zone, formerly Hung Thang Urban Zone, has been in construction for 5 years. The project owners have spent over VND 800 billion building infrastructure, so most infrastructure for transportation and society has already been completed.
