Renovating Communications for River Basin Environmental Protection

The Vietnam Environment Administration recently organised a conference on “Strengthening and renovating environmental protection communications in river basins” in Hanoi.

 

The event reviewed and concluded five-year operating results of environmental protection communications in river basins (2007 - 2011), proposed solutions to strengthen and renew communication activities for environmental protection in river basins in the future, and guided planning of these activities.

 

Accordingly, environmental communication activities focus on specific tasks like advising the promulgation of documents concerning environmental protection in river basins, informing environmental protection laws to people, organising conferences, meetings, environmental sanitation, and contests related to the issue.
