Chance for French Cuisine Lovers

The edition of Balade en France, the biggest event of the year in Vietnam promoting French gastronomy and wines, will take place on October 26^th and 27^th at 5-star hotel Equatorial in Ho Chi Minh City. Balade en France 2012 is organized by the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Vietnam (CCIFV) and the Hotel Equatorial in cooperation with Sopexa and the French Ministry for food, agriculture and fishing.

 

After two years of great success, this year more than 1,800 guests are expected to attend this event over two nights. Restaurants and wine merchants partners of the event will propose to each guest to discover and taste various traditional French dishes (among which pan-fried foie gras, ratatouille niçoise, cold-cut, crepes and much more) and to savor wine from the most renowned French wine regions: Bordeaux, Rhone, South-west, Languedoc, Loire and Provence.

 

Guests are invited to enjoy French delicacies in a lively and entertaining environment thanks to the many shows and activities specially planned for the occasion (fashion show, live concert, dance shows, DJ performance, etc.).

 

Besides, guests attending the event will have a chance to win grand prizes of 2 return air tickets to Paris and many lucky draw prizes.
