Training on Tax Management, Procedures and Customs Administrative Sanctions
The amended Law on Tax Administration and instructive decrees and circulars for its enactment took effect from September 15, 2013. In addition, the enforcement of amended administrative fines from December 15, 2013 demonstrated the government’s high resolve to create a favourable legal framework for business operations and to catch up with international economic integration requirements of Vietnam in the current and future periods.
In a bid to help businesses understand these new rules, the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) in coordination with the General Department of Vietnam Customs will organise a training programme called “New regulations on tax administration, procedures and customs administrative sanctions” in Hanoi on December 20, 2013, specifically on the amended Law on Tax Administration, Decree 83/2013/ND-CP, Decree 127/2013/ND-CP and Circular 128/2013/TT-BTC.
