International Arrivals to Vietnam Up 10.6 Pct

The General Statistics Office (GSO) said international visitor arrivals to Vietnam reached 7.57 million in 2013, up 10.6 percent over 2012.

 

Many markets saw strong growth in tourist arrivals to Vietnam, including China (up 33.5 percent to 1.9 million arrivals), South Korea (up 6.8 percent to 748,700 arrivals), Japan (up 4.8 percent to 604,100 arrivals), Cambodia (up 3.1 percent to 342,300 arrivals), Malaysia (up 13.5 percent to 339,500 arrivals), and Australia (up 10.3 percent to 319,600 arrivals).
