Prime Minister Wishes to Have Many More Successful Businesswomen

On March 2, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc had a meeting with outstanding businesswomen, members of the Vietnam Women Entrepreneurs Council under Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) on the occasion of the 109th anniversary of the International Women's Day, March 8.

Addressing the event, Prime Minister Phuc hailed the contribution of businesswomen to national development and urged them to try harder in scientific research, management, production and business, poverty reduction, family building, and in particular, to generate many more successful businesswomen.

"We have a strong desire to grow, so that people's incomes are higher, people's material and spiritual life is better, and the business environment is improved," said Prime Minister Phuc.
The Prime Minister requested businesswomen to work together with the Government to create the breakthrough in
the country's socio-economic development in 2019.

Prime Minister Phuc also expected the Vietnam Women Entrepreneurs Council to work harder to effectively support female entrepreneurs.

The Prime Minister affirmed that the Government always facilitates business community development, ensures macroeconomic stability, and issues better policies to improve the business environment, so that entrepreneurs can participate in production and business to contribute to society.
