Tin Nghia Corporation: Over 30 Years of Branding

After more than 30 years of development and innovation since its inception, Tin Nghia Corporation, established in 1989, has grown from a small business entity to a large corporation with 11 subsidiaries, 5 affiliates and 2 divisions.

Given its efforts exerted and outcomes achieved from business operations, Tin Nghia Corporation has made a great contribution to the course of socio-economic development of Dong Nai province as well as the industrialization and modernization of the country. Tin Nghia has been ranked the Vietnam's 500 largest companies for many years in a row, boosted by its outstanding performance in industrial estate development; petroleum and gas trading; agricultural product trading and processing; and warehousing and logistics services business.

Meeting a variety of market needs

Industrial estate development

In 1997, Tin Nghia started its industrial estate infrastructure business. The firm has so far developed and operated eight industrial parks in a total area of 3,500 ha in Dong Nai and Ba Ria-Vung Tau provinces. These industrial parks attracted more than 320 business tenants with a total investment of US$6.5 billion, employing more than 150,000 workers inside and outside the province.

 In 2011, Tin Nghia operated an 18-ha Japan-standard facilities for lease, securing 50 business enterprises with approx. US$50 million investment. Among them, 30 came from Japan, the others from South Korea and Europe. In the coming time, the facility will become a "Village of Japanese Enterprises" hosting most Japanese investors.

 Tin Nghia will further improve industrial park infrastructure and call for investment. At the same time, the firm will expand its fully leased industrial parks, thereby operating economies of scale to reduce costs; combine the development of industrial parks and adjacent residential estates, build green parks of appropriate size; and develop markets for industrial parks. New products and services will also be introduced, such as factories for rent in industrial parks, market quarters, offices for rent in the commercial hubs and other services for investors. It will provide all-in-one services for investors in industrial parks from the time of their inception.

Petroleum, lubricant and gas trading

In the petroleum business, starting with only one petrol station in 1999, Tin Nghia has now become a leading petroleum retailer in Dong Nai province with more than 50 filling stations. The business principle of “Right quality, sufficient quantity, civility and courtesy” has created the prestige of Tin Nghia petroleum brand, which is highly appreciated by consumers. In order to further strengthen its petroleum business, Tin Nghia is carrying out an investment project to build Phu Huu Petroleum Warehouse with a servicing capacity of 180,000 tons and a wharf that can receive ships of 40,000 tons on an area of 20 ha in Phu Huu commune, Nhon Trach district, Dong Nai province.

Import, export and processing of coffee and agricultural products

Tin Nghia Corporation has exported coffee for nearly 30 years and stood among the Top 5 coffee exporters in Vietnam for many consecutive years. The corporation has been recognized as a prestigious exporter of Vietnam by the Ministry of Industry and Trade since 2003.

In late 2018, Tin Nghia inaugurated and operated an instant coffee processor with a yearly capacity of 3,200 tons in the first phase and 10,000 tons in the second phase. Powered by the most modern equipment and technology, its main products include roasted ground coffee and instant coffee, particularly instant coffee made by freeze-drying technology. Its products are largely exported to North America, Europe and some Asia-Pacific countries. 

Warehousing and logistics services

Logistics is also a main business, created in 1999 by Tin Nghia Corporation. With large area warehouses including bonded warehouses and ready-to-serve vehicles, Tin Nghia provides a full package of logistics services such as warehousing services, multimodal transportation and logistics in Dong Nai and the southern key economic region.

Currently, Tin Nghia is expanding its warehouses and customs clearance facilities in Nhon Trach, building Phu Huu Port and Service - Trade - Logistics Area to meet the increasing demand and bring the highest satisfaction to customers with optimized service time and cost.

 Harmonizing business and community responsibility

On the journey to success, Tin Nghia Corporation has attentively assumed its responsibility to the community and society. The corporation has supported building houses of charity and gratitude, bridges and roads. The firm has presented gifts to policy-beneficiary families, centers for orphans, the disabled, the poor and the blind in Dong Nai province. It has delivered relief to people affected by natural disasters and floods, Agent Orange victims, the Fund for Hunger Eradication and Poverty Alleviation, the Scholarship Fund, the Fund for Education Scholarship, and the Fund for Poor Child Protection. It has joined hands in humanitarian eye surgery and charity medical examination. It has actively helped prevent the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2021, the total cost for social charity is nearly VND15 billion.
