Shinhan Life Vietnam Signs Insurance Business Partnership with Shinhan Vietnam Finance

Shinhan Life Insurance Vietnam Limited Liability Company (“Shinhan Life Vietnam”) and Shinhan Vietnam Finance Company Ltd., (“Shinhan Finance”) on June 28, 2022 officially announced the signing of a strategic partnership agreement.

According to this agreement, Shinhan Finance will provide Shinhan Life's life insurance products on Shinhan Finance's distribution channels. Through this cooperation, the two partners aim to expand services, diversify products, better serve the increasing insurance needs, to bring convenient financial solutions to Vietnamese customers.

Shinhan Life Vietnam and Shinhan Finance officially announced the signing of a strategic partnership agreement

Starting from June 2022, Shinhan Finance will consult and introduce life insurance products of Shinhan Life Vietnam to Shinhan Finance customers nationwide, starting with Shinhan – Credit (protection product for loan borrowers).

Sharing about this strategic partnership, Mr. Lee Eui Chul, General Director of Shinhan Life Vietnam, said: “Besides an increasingly diversified life insurance product portfolio, Shinhan Life continues to focus on developing distribution channels, especially business cooperation with Shinhan Group companies. In recent years, Vietnamese customers have become more aware of the importance of life insurance and we will proactively seize these opportunities to provide suitable financial plans for customers. The cooperation with Shinhan Finance will open up new opportunities in terms of product portfolio, customer source and suitable financial services, and at the same time demonstrate Shinhan Life's long-term commitment to the Vietnamese market in the future."

At the signing ceremony, Mr. Oh TaeJoon, General Director of Shinhan Finance affirmed: “Through the cooperation program with Shinhan Life Vietnam, Shinhan Finance's customers will find it easier and more convenient to access insurance services; and more secure when using the company's financial services”.
