Bac Ninh Pilots Program on Voluntary Compliance with Customs Laws

Bac Ninh Customs has selected 21 businesses that regularly carry out procedures in its service area, including customs clearance agents, to take part in the pilot program of supporting and encouraging enterprises to voluntarily comply with customs laws.

According to an official of Bac Ninh Customs Department, to implement the pilot program, the department has informed its subordinates to conduct research to prepare for the implementation of Decision 1399/QD-TCHQ dated July 15, 2022 on the pilot program of supporting and encouraging enterprises to voluntarily comply with customs laws.

In the past time, Bac Ninh Customs has performed well in supporting and assisting businesses in import and export activities and solving difficulties and problems for businesses. Participants in this pilot program will be given priority for support at a higher level than other programs that it is executing.

Bac Ninh Customs wishes to receive support from the Risk Management Department under the General Department of Vietnam Customs in information coordination to make business support the smoothest and most convenient.
