“Vietnam is the gateway for businesses to enter the Asia-Pacific market.” That is the affirmation of the President of Zamil Steel Global Group Nawaf Al Zamil shared at the 25th anniversary of Zamil Steel Vietnam.

Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to Vietnam Mohammed Ismaeil A. Dahlwy assessed that, in the past 25 years, Zamil Steel Vietnam has witnessed rapid and outstanding development. Only 4 years after opening a representative office in Ho Chi Minh City in 1993, the company established its first factory in Hanoi in 1997. The second factory was established in Dong Nai province in 2008.
With impressive business results and gaining customers' trust in the brand's quality, Zamil Steel Vietnam has become one of the largest steel building manufacturers in Southeast Asia. The total manufacturing capacity of the two factories is up to 120,000 thousand tons/year and more than 7,000 projects have been delivered to various regions in Asia-Pacific, of which 2,000 projects have been completed in Vietnam.
The achievements that Zamil Steel Vietnam has achieved reflect the special relationship between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Vietnam, which has been witnessing remarkable development in many fields in recent years, from politics, diplomacy to economy, trade and investment.
Sharing the company's performance during 25 years, Mr. Krishnakanth Kodukula - General Director of Zamil Steel Vietnam said that the company's production and sales network has been continuously expanded with 13 representative offices in 10 countries in the region and a staff of more than 1,100 employees. Many projects of Zamil Steel Vietnam have become an important part of the socio-economic development of Vietnam and many countries in the region such as Cambodia, Malaysia, Indonesia, Bangladesh, etc.
In which, some typical projects such as Pit Building of Formula 1 Racetrack in Hanoi, large factories of VinFast in Vietnam; Phnom Penh and Siam Reap international airports in Cambodia; Petronas Refinery and Petrochemical Complex in Malaysia (under the Malaysian National Development Program Project - RAPID) or the Bangladesh Government's storm shelter project on Bashan Char Island, etc.

These investments demonstrate Zamil Steel's confidence in the Vietnam and ASEAN markets, and with these solutions, Zamil Steel Buildings Vietnam will be able to provide more innovative, higher quality products and services to customers."
In the next 5 years, the market will have significant changes as Vietnam participates more deeply in the process of globalization and regional integration. Therefore, the demand for high-quality steel structures will increase, which will be an opportunity for Zamil Steel Buildings Vietnam to increase its market share.
