I hope that each participant will have a great marathon experience with this year's Tien Phong Marathon National Championship, encouraging them to keep running regularly, and inspiring more people to follow suit", Mr. Thang added.
First held in Hanoi in 1958, the Tien Phong Marathon National Championship is a prestigious tournament with a long history. As a top sporting event, the tournament has been integrated into Vietnam's official athletics competition system for the last 52 years, and it is held annually at the end of March. It attracts the best participants in Vietnam to compete for medals in middle and long distances, and it is also an excellent opportunity for amateur runners to compete on the same ground as top national athletes.
