Jabil has won two awards in the recent HR Asia 2023 Awards in Vietnam: Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2023 and Most Caring Company.

Jabil Vietnam is recognized as one of the “Best Companies to Work for" in Asia 2023

The first award recognizes the site’s commendable efforts at improving employee satisfaction and engagement levels at the workplace, while the second recognizes the site’s consistent display of empathy and care for employees.

Said Khanh Nguyen, HR manager for Jabil in Vietnam, “Achieving these accolades have been a strategic and deliberate process. We started with our core belief, which is making Jabil a place where employees can be their true and best selves, so they can thrive. This means a workplace where everyone feels psychologically and physically safe”.

Established in 2007 at Saigon Hi-Tech Park, Jabil’s site in Vietnam employs more than 9000 employees today.
