First Modern Trade Center in Haiphong under Construction
CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) Viet Nam Co. Ltd, will put into operation a modern trade center in the northern port city of Haiphong in June next year, said company General Director Marc Townsend at a press conference in Hanoi on November 10.
The construction of the six-story TD Plaza, the first modern trade center in the city, was kicked off in October 2004 on an area of 28,000 square meters near the Cat Bi airport.
The project costs over VND340 billion (US$21.5 million).
The center is expected to attract many tenants for its reasonable rent rates.
CBRE is a global leader in real estate services. It has worked in Vietnam since January 2003 as a real estate service provider.
