Estelle is a famous Japanese Tokyo-based group, operating in many business fields. The group is particularly famous for its jewellery business activities.

With its 59-year history as a specialist in manufacturing and trading gemstones and jewellery items, Estelle has 250 shops in Japan. Estelle’s high-end gemstones and jewellery items have become a favourite choice among Japanese customers. To meet the increased demand of its customers, Estelle opened its affiliate in Vietnam at the Nomura industrial park in Haiphong, which specialises in manufacturing jewellery items of gold and gemstones. In early 2005, the company moved to a new location in Ngo Yen village, An Hong commune, An Duong district, Haiphong city.

Initially, Estelle Vietnam manufactured products for export to Japan and other foreign countries. In 2005, the company began to focus on the Vietnamese market after becoming aware of the increased demand of local consumers. At the Jewellery Exhibition and Fair in Hanoi from November 22-29, the company introduced local consumers to over 1,000 products, which were highly praised for their unique designs. In particular, with its modern technology and specific ideas, Estelle Vietnam manufactures products of various colours, including K18YG (yellow gold), K18PG (pink gold), K18WG (white gold), and K14. The company has applied the ISO 9001:2000 quality management system, certified by UKAS in 2002. At the same time, the company has always renewed its management system to provide customers high-quality products at competitive prices. After attending the Vietnam Jewellery Exhibition and Fair in Hanoi, Estelle Vietnam plans to open 50 shops nationwide.

With a perfect combination between its Italian production line and technology, and its unique ideas, the company manufactures high quality jewellery products, which can meet even hard-to-please requirements of customers. Also, the company offers its customers excellent after sale services in order to protect the interest of its customers and build up its prestige and reputation.
Naoki Kubota, director of the company, said that to gain such a good achievement, the company had received investment priorities from the People’s Committee of Haiphong city and support from the city’s Department of Planning and Investment. Kubota said he believed that with such great support, the company would record better business results, better meeting their customers’ demand.
