6th Vietnam Today Photo Contest Launched

The 6th Vietnam Today Photo Contest was officially launched, with the theme “Businesses - The Driving Force for a Developed Vietnam”. This contest aims to recognize and honor businesses for their high-quality products.

The contest was announced at a press conference held by the Business Forum Magazine - Photo World Edition at the VCCI Head Office on April 3. This event is part of a series of activities initiated by the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) to celebrate Vietnamese Entrepreneurs’ Day on October 13. The contest will run from April 3, 2024, to September 1, 2024, with the winning works to be awarded and displayed during the 2024 Vietnamese Entrepreneurs’ Day celebration.

Mr. Nguyen An Tiem, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Business Forum Magazine in charge of Photo World Edition and Head of the Contest Organizing Committee, emphasized that the entries should depict various aspects of businesses such as their scale, activities, new technologies and projects. The images should also highlight the efforts and contributions of entrepreneurs and enterprises to society and the community, as well as activities related to trade and investment promotion, contract signing, and advertising. The goal is to foster a healthy business culture, strengthen the business community, and enhance the competitiveness of Vietnamese commodities, products and services in both domestic and international markets.

The contest is designed to acknowledge companies that produce high-quality products, promote economic development, improve living standards, and create new sustainable values for the increasingly developing Vietnamese society. These achievements will be illustrated through impressive images in the contest.

The contest is open to organizations, individuals, and businesses engaged in production and business activities in Vietnam. Entries can include color photos, black and white photos, single photos, and photo collections (consisting of 6 - 10 photos). There is no limit to the number of entries.

Entries must be digital, in jpg format, with a minimum length of 1920 pixels and a resolution of 300 dpi. They should include a description of the unit, business, or entrepreneur depicted. Collages and edited photos will not be accepted. Entries should be sent to the Organizing Committee at Cuocthianhlan6vcci@gmail.com.

The submission period for entries is from March 20, 2024, to September 1, 2024. The results are expected to be announced on October 1, 2024, and the winners will be showcased in a photo exhibition on October 13, 2024, in celebration of Vietnamese Entrepreneurs’ Day.
