International Furniture Fair Singapore - IFFS 2006

With the assistance of the Vietnamese Embassy to Singapore and the active cooperation of the Vietnamese Commercial Affairs, the Trading and Services Company (TSC) of Ho Chi Minh City, under VCCI, has successfully made arrangement for Vietnamese wooden furniture enterprises to take part in the International Furniture Fair - IFFS Singapore 2006. In five days, the IFFS 2006, organised with the participation of 505 companies from 29 countries and territories in the world, received more than 18,000 visitors.

For the Vietnamese participants, 36 companies occupied an area of 3,000 square metres with splendid showrooms. 21 contracts and many memorandums of understanding have been signed at the fair. Especially, the wood processing industry of Vietnam has been the centre of attention of international customers. The out-door furniture and wooden products of Vietnam have satisfied the taste of many big international partners.
