In addition, it distributes a wide range of equipment, including fire alarms, fire extinguishers, pumps, lightning protection devices, and modern fire-resistant materials such as steel doors, fireproof paint, Autoclaved Lightweight Concrete (ALC) panels, air ducts, gypsum boards, and more.
We place special focus on projects requiring stringent safety measures such as karaoke lounges, factories, high-rise apartments, and solar power plants. With the motto “Professionalism – Dedication – Safety – Worthiness,” Hoang Quan Phat continuously updates technologies and regulations to optimize solutions, ensuring compliance with both technical standards and legal requirements.
What are the strengths that make Hoang Quan Phat stand out?

At the same time, we will collaborate in manufacturing and distributing water-based fire extinguishers in Vietnam.
These steps will both diversify our production and business fields and allow the Company to proactively secure quality equipment for construction projects, while also keeping pace with new technologies to provide effective consultancy to investors. More importantly, Hoang Quan Phat will have greater opportunities to help clients access next-generation products with superior quality and reasonable prices.
Law on Fire Prevention and Fighting No. 55/2024/QH15 abolishes the regulation that “FPF services are conditional business sectors.” How does this change affect businesses?
This is a significant change, positive in two aspects:
First, the law creates favorable conditions and encourages the socialization of FPF activities. Individuals and organizations can participate in the market more easily, thereby expanding social resources for fire prevention, firefighting, and rescue. At the same time, the responsibilities of investors and consultancy, design, and construction units are further emphasized. This is a very positive signal, as FPF is the shared responsibility of the entire society.
Second, competition in the sector will increase. As the market opens, many new units will emerge, compelling businesses to actively learn, update, and innovate to maintain credibility and affirm quality. For Hoang Quan Phat, this is both an opportunity to expand cooperation and a challenge to achieve sustainable development in all circumstances.
To ensure customer satisfaction while fully complying with the law, what solutions does Hoang Quan Phat adopt?
Currently, the management apparatus has been streamlined, and with the enactment of the 2024 FPF Law and Decree 105/2025, investors and related entities must follow new procedures. Without a thorough understanding, even minor mistakes could cause project delays.
As soon as the new regulations took effect, our team of engineers and legal specialists developed a unified implementation process for all projects. From surveying, preparing FPF plans, construction, and acceptance to maintenance - every step is carried out to the highest standards.
