Facing rising energy and material prices along with intense competition in export markets, what have you done to maintain product quality and protect your competitive edge?

Despite these pressures, we remain committed to ensuring that all Casumina products deliver high quality, attractive design, competitive pricing, and environmental friendliness. With nearly fifty years of experience in tire manufacturing, we are confident that Casumina is a trusted choice for customers at home and abroad, consistent with our slogan “Reliable Companion.”

Beyond manufacturing, we have proactively applied digital technology in management and marketing. We have implemented digital solutions across our operations and upgraded our sales system with smart tools to improve customer convenience. For example, we launched our enterprise resource planning system in 2006 and have continually expanded it across finance, production, human resources, and sales management, while integrating our ISO management system.

Casumina is also advancing digital transformation for the PCR ADVENZA tire management system in production, sales, and warranty services. This approach uses QR codes to track product flows, supports online payment, provides nationwide digital warranty cards, and strengthens e commerce applications to help us overcome geographical barriers. Customers can purchase our products anytime and anywhere with an internet connected mobile device.

Sustainable development is a strategy that balances the economy, society, and the environment to ensure long term progress without creating negative impacts on the future. How do you approach this priority?

The marketplace is always highly competitive, especially in the tire and tube manufacturing industry, where markets continue to open and customer expectations keep rising. In this context, we remain committed to a development strategy built on three core priorities.

First, Casumina invests heavily in technological innovation and product quality enhancement. All production lines have been modernized to international standards and supported by technology cooperation and transfer from reputable partners. As a result, every product we deliver to customers meets strict requirements for safety, durability, and environmental friendliness.

Second, Casumina focuses on expanding markets through both domestic and export channels. Along with maintaining its market share in Vietnam, the company is increasing exports to high end markets such as the United States and Europe, while exploring growth potential in Southeast Asia and South America. These efforts help strengthen the company’s global brand position.

Third, Casumina builds a corporate culture closely aligned with sustainable development. The company places strong emphasis on people, viewing its managers, engineers, and workers as its most valuable asset. We also implement community programs, environmental protection efforts, and social responsibility activities, reinforcing its image as a company that grows in harmony with society.
