As Lao Cai continues to strengthen its role as a key international trade gateway in northern Vietnam, EuP Industry Joint Stock Company (EuP) is actively carrying out its strategy to expand investment and develop industrial clusters in the province, which offers strong advantages in cross-border connectivity, improving infrastructure, and solid potential for industrial growth.

Phu Thinh 3 Industrial Cluster is expected to become a key part of the province’s industrial infrastructure in the coming years
W ithin this strategy, EuP is developing the Phu Thinh 3 Industrial Cluster in Lao Cai, covering about 75 hectares. The cluster is expected to begin operations in the fourth quarter of 2026. The project is set to become a key part of the province’s industrial infrastructure development in the coming years.
The development of Phu Thinh 3 will not only help expand the supply of high-quality industrial land in Lao Cai but also create opportunities to attract secondary investors across various sectors, including manufacturing, supporting industries, processing, and logistics. EuP aims to develop the industrial cluster using a modern, environmentally friendly model, focusing on industries with high added value and sustainable development.

Through this project, EuP expects to support the restructuring of the local economy, create more jobs for workers, increase state budget revenue, and strengthen Lao Cai’s competitiveness in attracting investment in the years ahead.
